How do I manage my account?

To apply for a credit limit increase – dial *120*27587# (Network rates apply)

To do a balance enquiry and confirm your instalment due, dial 0860 900 400 (SA) or 021 928 1044 (International), select the Store Card option, followed by the Balance Enquiry option.

Have your card and ID number ready.

How do I pay my account?

Pay at any Refinery, Ackermans, Tekkie Town, Shoe City or Dunns store.
Via your mobile banking app or internet banking:
